High-voltage series reactors are mainly used in 6kV ~ 35kV power systems to be connected in series with high-voltage capacitor banks, which can effectively suppress and absorb high-order harmonics, limit closing inrush current and operating overvoltage, protect capacitor banks, improve system voltage waveforms, increase grid power factor.

Structural features

1. The reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase, both of which are epoxy casting type.

2. The iron core is made of high-quality low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, which is punched and sheared by a high-speed punching machine. It has small burrs, uniform rules, neat and beautiful laminations, and ensures the performance of low temperature rise and low noise when the reactor is running.

3. The coil is of epoxy casting type, and epoxy glass mesh cloth is laid inside and outside the coil for reinforcement. The F-class epoxy casting system is used for casting in a vacuum state. The coil not only has good insulation performance, but also has good mechanical strength and can withstand High current shock and hot and cold shock without cracking.

4. The epoxy casting coil does not absorb water and has low partial discharge, and can operate safely in harsh environmental conditions.

5. The upper and lower ends of the coil are equipped with epoxy pads and silicone rubber shock-proof pads, which effectively reduce the vibration of the coil during operation.

Conditions of Use

1. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.

2. The operating ambient temperature is -25℃~+45℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 90%.

3. There is no harmful gas or flammable and explosive materials around.

4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions.
