JMB, BJZ, DG, BZ series lighting transformers are suitable for 50Hz, voltage 500V and below circuits, as local lighting power for machine tools and other equipment.

JMB, BJZ, DG series transformers are composed of BK series transformers and protective casing. There are terminals on both sides of the casing for input power and load wiring, and grounding screws for grounding; BZ type lighting transformers are made of BK-50 , BK-100 control transformer, LS3-2 type master switch and protective casing. The master switch is equipped with a fuse to protect the lighting circuit, and the power supply is installed from the dustproof film at one end of the master switch.

Technical characteristics

The primary and secondary windings are wound separately. When there is only one secondary winding, it is responsible for the full rated capacity of the transformer. If the secondary has both control, lighting and indicator windings, it is wound separately according to the capacity of each winding. And for transformers with intermediate taps, the capacity of each intermediate tap is less than the rated capacity of the transformer, and only the highest voltage output terminal can bear the rated capacity.

Applicable environment

The transformer can work reliably under the following conditions:
1. The altitude does not exceed 2500m;
2. Ambient air temperature: the highest does not exceed 40°C, the lowest is not lower than -25°C;
3. Air relative humidity: the average maximum relative temperature in the wettest month 90%;
4, severe vibration and impulse place:
5, in the absence of explosive medium, the medium does not corrode metal and sufficient local destruction of the insulating gas and conductive dust; and
6, there is rain and snow by place
